Intro

Our country is rich in many authentic legacies that deserve to be highlighted and widely known. Among those legacies is Saudi food which is rich in delicious and unique dishes, whether in preparation, taste, or presentation. In addition, the field of food is among the most prominent areas that have been witnessing escalating growth over the past few years and is expected to grow rapidly From this standpoint, The Culinary Arts Commission, seeks to consolidate, and sustain Saudi cuisine and add the Saudi Feast Food Festival to the calendar of international events specialized in food

Saudi Feast Food Festival 2022 is one of the most prominent culinary events at the level of the Kingdom and the Arab world in terms of the idea, the variety of sections, the comprehensiveness of the field, and a cultural style linked to our identity

Objectives

Presenting Saudi culture and its values locally and globally by introducing Saudi food locally, regionally, and globally.

Building a community for those who are interested in the culinary field by holding an event that is the largest of its kind in the Middle East.

Highlighting the efforts of the Culinary Arts Commission that focuses on food as one of the authentic national heritage.

Presenting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a global destination for culinary and food lovers.

Enriching Saudi society with promising opportunities in the field of food, and ways to sustain these activities.

Encourage the youth of the country who have an interest in the field of food to transform their hobbies into commercial projects.

Festival Zones:

Regional Zone: a section for each region of Saudi where people can taste ingredients and recipes from that region.

Date and Palm Zone: a full immersive experience about dates and palm products.

Exhibition Zone: 25+ exhibitors in the F&B sector.

Children Zone: an area where children can prepare simple dishes/desert with local products and ingredients in an actual farm set up.

Educational Zone: a zone where workshops and presentation around specific topics around culinary arts are held.

Professional Zone: a zone dedicated to professional in the culinary arts sector where business opportunities and trends are shared.

Marketplace and cookbooks store: a section where people can buy different local food products and cook books are sold and signed.  

Restaurants zone: over 200 restaurants celebrating our culinary legacy.

Feast Zone: a unique experience with michelin star chefs.

Feast Stage: live stage where world cup live matches are broadcasted.
