The Culinary Arts Commission is proud to present facts and statistics on the ancient Saudi culinary arts registered in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), reflecting the status of our Saudi cuisine and its deep heritage of various traditional dishes. We strive to spread it locally and globally to make Saudi Arabia an example of culinary authenticity, a home to incredible culinary experiences, and a gateway to work and creativity.

- Saudi coffee's total local production is 398 thousand coffee trees, 398 tons of pure coffee, and 2388 tons per year.
- The year 2022 was named the Year of Saudi Coffee.
